What will it cost to sell your home? Simply put, if your home or property is sold for $600,000 or less, then you pay $6,000 in commission, $950 in disbursements, plus GST (includes commission to other realtor as well). You pay only if your home sells, and there are no up-front fees or hidden charges.

If your property is sold for more than $600,000, then you pay 1% of the selling price in commission, $950 in disbursements, plus GST. It’s that simple!
