I hope your time spent here was worthwhile and that you found some information which will be of value to you in the future. A little bit about myself, I moved to Vancouver in 1994 during the Canucks’ Stanley Cup Finals (what an event that was!) from Atlanta, Georgia.
Now that I am here, in this amazing city there is no turning back. We are so very fortunate to live in a location that offers breath taking views, incredible natures, and most of all, a place that combines many countries into one. I am proud to be a Canadian.
Since my move to this city, my passion to work with the people around me of all ages, to various ethnicities, & mixed cultures has given me the drive to assist them in buying and/or selling real estate. I don’t just sell houses, I sell peoples’ homes.
I currently live in Port Coquitlam and specialize there as a Licensed Realtor, plus I work in the Tri-Cities, Burnaby, Pitt Meadows, & Maple Ridge areas. With the experience in hand, I have access to all of Metro-Vancouver Real Estate Stats and am informed of the day to day home sale prices as well as all of the new listings as they arrive!
So if you want that extra edge of getting the better deal in either selling your current home or purchasing the next, give me a call anytime and let’s chat real estate.
I conduct my Real Estate practice with the utmost of professionalism, competence and ethics. It is something I take great pride in. I would welcome your call so that I might be of assistance to you with respect to all of your Real Estate needs.
Cheers,
Sal Mawani
